Who we are
Cocha is a brand of Functional Wellness Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We're the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@cocha.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the first batch, we collect:
- your email address;
- the pack you said you'd order first, if you answer;
- the date you signed up and the country your connection came from (provided by our hosting provider, not your exact location).
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it
We use your email to tell you about Cocha's launch and your founding-member access and perks. We use your pack choice to plan how much to make. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Your details are stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. If we later send emails through an email service, we'll share your email address with that provider only to send them. We never sell your data.
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove you or unsubscribe, or 12 months after launch if you never become a customer, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@cocha.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
